Background on Food Safety

Food safety means that food is non-toxic and harmless, meets the required nutritional requirements, and does not cause any acute, subacute or chronic harm to human health. Food-borne diseases are caused by many factors, when they enter the human body, they can cause disorders of the human immune system, causing nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms, and even poisoning. Classification of Food Safety Test Kits

  • Nutrients: nurbohydrates, nucleic acids, vitamins, rare metals, etc.
